Guest guest
> > TK--- I would suggest skipping the rest of that day & night, possibly > the next also depending. ============== This happens to me alot. I'll start a round and then, usually at night, I miss a dose and have to stop. I just did this last week. I'm trying to get on a rigid schedule where it will become habit - oh it's 3, time for ala. Now its 6, time for ala.... Anybody have any other suggestions?
Guest guest
Do you have a watch with a timer. I got one with a timer and an alarm. So I can set the timer for 3 hours and it counts down...when it goes off, I reset it and it starts again. AT night if there is a dose I am most likely to miss I set the alarm for say 2 am and then my alarm goes off and my timer goes off. The watch was a timex, not too expensive $50...cdn...this might not be what you meant. Hope it helps Colette > > Anybody have any other suggestions? >

Yes, I've had this happen, too. The rigid schedule that you mentioned is what has worked for me. I was even waking up to take the ALA and forgetting if I took it, because I was so tired. What I do now is put the nighttime capsules in the cap of the vitamin bottle next to my water. When I wake up, I know if I've taken all of my ALA. It was just too frustrating. My schedule, if you can take 4 hour night dosing is 2:00 am, 6:00 am, 10:00 am, 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 7:00 pm, 10:00 pm. It works for me, but I've been chelating for over a year. Hope this helps a little. Jan
