Guest guest
It would be good to know the shelf life of both DMSA and ALA. It might not be two years? I started out and learned the hard way that dosing needs to be conservative - at least at first. I hear everyone is different, but based on my response, 25Mg DMSA and 25Mg ALA might even be too much for me. With my new adjustment, I went from a two month supply to an eight month supply (I started on 100/100). I am also looking to try DMPS since DMSA had some side effects shall we say. Will be asking my biological dentist for an RX next week. Good luck, > > I want to buy enough of the following for the next 2 years (for one adult). > > How many pills, how many mg dosage, to have enough to do all chelation for one adult for > two years? > > ALA > DMSA > > Thanks. > > >
Guest guest
I agree with , you could end up with a big surplus on your hands. I started out doing three days on, four days off, but had to reduce that to three days on, eleven days off to manage side effects. Also, if you haven't tried ALA yet, it can take a little experimenting to find a brand that suits. There are so many formulations with different kinds of fillers in the capsules. I had to try a couple before I found one that agreed with me. Luckily ALA is not as expensive as DMSA, so it wasn't too much of a waste. Good luck with your chelation journey. Keep us updated on your progress! Guest guest
In the Links/Files, there are quite a few people who describe their completed chelation journey in detail. How might I go about asking one of these people how much they eventually used from start to finish? Of course different people would require different dosages and spacing. But I already know how I might apply that knowledge. For myself: I can probably do a higher dose. Rounds 1 - 4 were at 12.5 mg DMSA with no side effects, so I bumped up to 25 mg DMSA for Round 5, and still no side effects. For my husband: he is chock-full of Hg in every way. He can't handle more than 4 mg of DMSA in a dosage because it gives him heavy cold-like symptoms. For him, I obviously need less. Also: has anyone ever needed more than 2 years of continuous chelating? By " continuous " I don't mean that the person takes no breaks--I just mean going right back " on round " right after a reasonable " off round " rest period and not stopping for many weeks between rounds. > > > > > > I want to buy enough of the following for the next 2 years (for one > > adult). > > > > > > How many pills, how many mg dosage, to have enough to do all > > chelation for one adult for > > > two years? > > > > > > ALA > > > DMSA > > > > > > Thanks. > > > > > > > > > > > >
