Hi All,

I took Geeta's advice and iced it for a while. It seems to be feeling better.

So, I'm going to bed. If it feels bad later or in the morning, I'll head to the

hospital. One way or the other, I be sure to let you all know how I'm doing.

Nan,

If you get up this morning and still have any type of spot on your leg that's hot and red, please call the doctor immediately. What you describe could easily be a blood clot and it's always better to be safe than sorry. Don't hesitate, call!!

Geeta, Opps! It was in OZ not Geeta. But, in any case. I'm home and

although the calf is still cramping. I got it checked and the doc will follow up

again in a week. I actually have an appt. with my primary doc this morning. I

will be talking to him about all this.

Thanks for updating me Nan...i started reading these pots backwards as usual..it took a while for me to realise that you did get checked out properly...good to hear that no blood clot showed up & that they will be keeping a close eye on youy.
