Guest guest
Update,,, After adding more chromium at the time I take the forkholin , I did not have trouble with a drop in blood sugar. I started getting pain in my breast and cannot say for sure it was due to the forskholin , but this is a totally new symptom for me and the forskholin is the only new thing I had changed. I googled breast pain and found that vitamin B6 , and also efamol. { gammalinonleic acid I think} . I took some B6 and the pain is gone in just a few hours. nanci
Guest guest
Forskholin is an extract of the Indian herb coleus forskholli.. http://www.advance-health.com/coleus.html It " the chemical it activates a second messenger system that is responsible for carrying out the... affects of hormones. " It is really helped me to feel more mentally together. I would describe it like if my hormones were all normal , I would feel this strength. Even without taking my dong quai {estrogen} and puncture vine{ testosterone} I feel better on the forskholi. I will see how I do without the pregnenolone which also helped my feeling of brain/emotional togetherness, I have zippo testosterone, low estradiol, estrogen , progesterone, I had the low progesterone from my 20s when I got some facial hair on my chin. Then at some point my testosterone went down. Now into menopause my estrogen levels are low. It is known to do quite a bit of other things.. decreases allergy symptoms , for glaucoma.. check out the website page above. nanci
