Hi SHeila,

I have two freinds who are often alike in their reactions

and cannot handle coenzyme Q10 .. I think they get anxiety

symptoms . BUt any reaction indicates some sort of

imbalance ..The one has Addisons disease -- an adrenal

malfuntion , The other friend has not had the adrenals saliva

test.. my adrenals tested fine,== so whether it has to do with

adrenals ?

Too bad Sheila. Maybe down the road when you get something

else balanced in your body you could take it. Andy also says

to give different brands a try if you react to something..

It would be great wouldnt it if our reactions always meant

the same thing and everything could be figured out alot more

quickly..

I have had problems with CoQ10 as well at 30mg (Jarrow brand). Just

recently started it and have had fatigue issues that I could not trace

to other causes. I think I might have a soy issue and was just about

to look to see if there were non-soy based CoQ10 supplements

available. I am not chelating yet.
