Guest guest
Hi SHeila, I have two freinds who are often alike in their reactions and cannot handle coenzyme Q10 .. I think they get anxiety symptoms . BUt any reaction indicates some sort of imbalance ..The one has Addisons disease -- an adrenal malfuntion , The other friend has not had the adrenals saliva test.. my adrenals tested fine,== so whether it has to do with adrenals ? Too bad Sheila. Maybe down the road when you get something else balanced in your body you could take it. Andy also says to give different brands a try if you react to something.. It would be great wouldnt it if our reactions always meant the same thing and everything could be figured out alot more quickly.. Thanks, Sheila > I have had problems with CoQ10 as well at 30mg (Jarrow brand). Just recently started it and have had fatigue issues that I could not trace to other causes. I think I might have a soy issue and was just about to look to see if there were non-soy based CoQ10 supplements available. I am not chelating yet.
