Yes, this is fine.

ALA is essential to chelation, DMSA is optional.

I chelate with ALA now.

DMSA tends to give me the feeling it is 'burning' my gut.

ALA is likely to give you more side-effects and DMSA helps a lot with it.

You'll need to see if you can chelate with ALA on its own.

Just use a low enough dose that you feel good while you chelate.

-----------I agree with Dean. When I was chelating with DMSA alone and no

adrenal support, I used to get sick frequently after rounds also. But now with

adrenal support and lots of immune boosters, this doesn't happen any
