Hi ,

If you do not have the results in email format, then you need to contact DDI

and ask them to email you a copy.

(Or contact the Dr you did it through).

This email from DDI will include a copy of the hair test already in PDF

format, and if you send it to me I will post for you on the Hair Test page.

http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest.html

If you want to send me the results in JPEG in the mean time that will be

fine for now, but if you want the hair test kept up for future reference,

then you will need to send me the original PDF file later, as emailed to

from DDI. (It is a smaller file, so we can fit many on the server).

Please answer these question when you send it to me, so that we have a

history up with the test.

1) What are your current symptoms and health history?

2) Dental history (wisdom teeth removed? First root canal placed? Braces?

First amalgam etc...)

3) What dental work do you currently have in place? What part of the dental

cleanup have you completed?

4) What dentistry did your mother have at any time before or during

pregnancy?

5) What vaccinations have you had and when (including flu and especially

travel shots)?

6) Supplements and medications (including dosages) taken at time of hair

test, or for the 3-6 months before the sample was taken.

7) Other information you feel may be relevant?

8) What is your location - city & country (so that we can learn where

certain toxins are more prevalent).

Thanks,

DeanSA
