Nadeem - Andy has a list which I posted to this eList.

Did anyone put it in the files section? If not, search on it and you

should find it.

Dave.

This is the list I got from . This is NOT the same as the high

sulfur (high thiols) food list. These foods require sulfation to process them

in the liver, so if you are low plasma sulfate, then eating these foods makes

the situation worse, and by avoiding them, you can help reserve what little

sulfate you do have. The other thing you can do if you're low plasma sulfate,

is to take epsom salt baths (magnesium sulfate), use magnesium sulfate cream,

take epsom salts orally, 1/4 - 1/2 tsp, but they taste terrible!, or you could

put that in a capsule, or you can take glucosamine sulfate, 1-2 grams per day,

but not at the same time as calcium supplements.---------Jackie
