Guest guest
Oh ... I'm sooo sorry to hear about your Mom. Having just gone through end of life care with my Mom in April, I can tell you that this is the way it is done. Feeding her can actually make her sick at this point. Have Hospice give you some reading material on End of Life. My Mom, bless her heart, lived for almost 6 wks. with very little to eat the first 3 wks. and only sips of water and pedialyte the last 3. I'm so praying that you feel better quickly so you can be with her. Does she live near you? But if she still has the flu, you can't be near here yet. Praying for you, too, sweetie....my heart is aching for you. Lots of hugs and prayers, Donelle Caregiver to Glenn

Guest guest
My dear , I feel so sad to hear about your mom and you. I am praying real hard so you can feel better. You have a wonderful mom, indeed. How old is she? This Christmas I have felt a great urge to see my colon cancer friends. It was my dream to visit you all. On Christmas eve, when everyone was a sleep, I went browsing here and there, and to my surprise, I saw some of your pictures. It was as if my dream had, almost, come through. As if I had spent my Christmas with you, in your kitchen. It was also nice to see Karima, Altman and the others. Dear , hang in there, I am sure, we are all praying for you, so don't feel, you are alone. love, lydia --- brencolinmom wrote: > Hi Everyone: > > I have been trying to keep up with the posts but I > have had so much > to deal with lately. Guest guest
Dear , I am so sorry to hear about your mother's illness. Of course she will be included in my prayers. It must be very hard for you to be feeling so ill that you are unable to do what you would wish for her right now. The best you can is all anyone can ever do so try to rest and let your strength pick up, I'll send all the positive energy I can your way. Guest guest
, My heart breaks for you and your dad. You have all been through so much already and now you are facing the idea of loosing your mom. My understanding with hospice is they do not force food or liquids into anyone who cannot tolerate it. I am so sorry your mom is not able to eat. I am sending up Prayers for your mom and that by some miricle she can pull through this. Sending up Prayers for you too who is enduring so much with the Chemo. God will provide the strength to help you through this. Love, Ingrid > > Hi Everyone: > > I have been trying to keep up with the posts but I have had so much > to deal with lately.
