Yes, supplementing will help. High hair levels of magnesium and

calcium are often associated with wasting of those minerals. In

Hair Test Interpreation, Andy recommends supplementing with calcium,

magnesium, vitamin D, and boron

It's best to avoid the oxide and

carbonate forms and stick with citrate, malate, or amino acid chelate

form for the calcium and magnesium.

Hi.

That's what's going on in your (hair) cells. It may or may not be what

is going on in your body.

First thing you have to do to interpret your hair test, is look for

disordered mineral transport. Does your test meet the counting rules?

That will tell you whether or not your cells are able to import the

nutrients that they need, or if mercury is blocking their ability to do

that. If they are not (if you do meet the counting rules) then you have

to read the test with some advisement.

The best thing for you to do is post the test for us, and we can give

you some feedback on it.

Dave.

My hair test shows that I am high in both Calcium and Magnesium. Now I

am mercury

toxic so how can those numbers be true? I am 47 years of age and I know

that if anything,

I am too low in those two minerals. My question is....if this means that

my body is not

absorbing the cal/mag, then will it help to suppliment with them?
