Sounds like you need adrenal support. Specifically, it might be a

paradoxical response to stress. I suggest you read what Andy

has to say about this in the book, p. 118-122.

Your depression might be relieved just by getting some adrenal

support. If not, this might give you some ideas:

I was very unwilling to consider that gluten could be a problem for me. Turns

out it was,

and I feel MUCH better without it.

I reread that post of Andy's awhile back, and thought DUH! Offending foods!
