Guest guest
Hi all, I have been chelating (dmsa 25 mg) for 8 wks and just received my hair analysis taken 1 weeks ago. It does not meet any of the counting rules. It does not show high Mercury. I just posted it to the livingnetwork address. I had 10-12 amalgams for 10 to 25 years, the last of which was removed 2 months ago. I had a dmps challenge test which did show moderately elevated mercury, lead, aluminum, nickel 4 months ago. (some dental metal was still in my mouth) I have had extreme fatigue, decreased mental functioning, poor memory for 19 yrs. I have been to more than 20 doctors, clinics. None could find out why. I thought it HAD to have mercury poisoning because I had many fillings in my mouth for so long. The hair test doesn't back that up. And I have been chelating for 2 months - the only effect from which has been increased fatigue. I would like to keep chelating with ALA & dmsa for a few more months just to be sure, but I don't want to be trying to fix something that is not there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated -
