Sorry don't know about sleep clinics but wondered - and forgive me if

this sounds dumb - but would wearing ear plugs help at all? Hope you can

find some respite soon.

Thanks jenni, yes I have considered hypnosis, will look into it when I get

back from holiday. Counselling is out for me, I dont feel personally that

they do any good (I have been before for other issues), but thanks for the

idea.
