Guest guest
As far as I know, manganese doesn't have bearing on copper overload. Why are you taking it? If it's because of the red low manganese on your hair test, that means nothing. You have disordered mineral transport, so you can not interpret your hair test that way. Ah - I'm just looking at your hair test and the interpretation I wrote up, and see that I said " manganese " in the section of the copper protocol, rather than molybdenum. Is that why you're looking into it? If so, I'm sorry to have confused the issue - it's been a long an exhausting chelation round right now - I meant molybdenum (and zinc). Even if you needed it, that's too much and it can be toxic. If you want to read about it, go to p.258 of HTI, where he suggests starting at 5mg. (But you don't need that.)
