Joe Savage

He is in Texas somewhere. I put in his name Joe Savage in people

search. there are 136 Joes' in the US;. several in Texas

Went back to August post to see if I could find him. Saw One post where

he was starting that testing. Had to leave so didn't find any more,

or the one where he said he was giving up.

Wish we could find him.

I never found the post that said he was giving up either.

I totally missed that one...

He does live in Texas, as he would go to San for that testing, but

don't recall that he ever said where he lived.

I have a hard time keeping all our Joe's straight. I know we just lost a Joe

a few months ago... Why do I think that he was Joe Savage?????

But it was not the Joe who was doing the testing in SA, cause he posted

shortly after that, with report on the 2nd or 3 rd testing.

I wish he would report in and let us know...

Hi, I did not want to post this until I had at least two days of

trying. had found the number and private e-mailed me with it. I

have been trying Joe's numbewr for two days. I waited ussually till

late morning and then tryed again middle afternoon since I was not sure

of the time change. All I get is his voice mail. So, I am thinking he

is in Hospital or Hospice care somewhere. I am Praying for him and wish

so much that we could somehow know how he is. Ingrid

DAMN! I was so hoping he'd be ok but he did tell us it was bad. Well he is

at peace, still it is sad to lose yet another person to this disease.

I so hope that Project March will get this disease behind us once and for

all.

I called Joe's employer, and he has passed away. I believe it was Saturday, but

she said his obituary was in the Austin American Stateman today.

When I first started chemo and found myself crying on this board

wanting to stop and not go through the chemo. I felt so violated and

week. Felt so OUT OF CONTROL!!!! Joe e-mailed me. He talked me through

it. He gave me the courage and strength that I so much needed!!!!!! He

made me see how I had a chance to beat this. Not like a lot do. I don't

know what to say. He was there and knew what to say to me. I wish I

could talk to someone like he could. He was a great man. He had a lot

of knowledge. I will not EVER FORGET him. Ingrid

Ingrid, you have wonderful memories of Joe and we know you will never forget

him. Thank you for sharing that about him. I admired Joe for participating in

the clinical trial. That was BIG of him to lend himself to the colon cancer

research. I hope that some of what he did will lead to better treatment in the

Yep that sure does, and I know in Joe Savage's obit it mentions his daughter ,

I am 99.9 percent sure thats Joe Savage was the one that went to Hawaii , but

now what ever did happen to Joe Sullivan???????????

It must have been Joe Savage that sent me a photo of his daughter and he in

Hawaii when we were having Glenn's party....I wish I had those old emails

that he wrote to me, b/c it was all about how wonderful his daughter was....and

how much fun they were having....she might like to see them, but they are

gone, gone, gone. But, I'm thinking....gosh, I have no brain left... I'm

thinking they went to Hawaii in Aug. (cause that's when Glenn's party was)

before

Joe Sullivan died, he and Joe Savage were terrific, so informed and so concerned

I know when the other Joe passed on I was so confused, thought for a bit it

was Joe Savage. The other Joe was much younger I think. And then your Joe..

I really was mess up for awhile.. Jolene Yes Donnelle I think he is that

Joe. As I said the other Joe was younger.

I'm confusing the Joe's, I think.... Is Joe Savage the one that just went

to

Hawaii with his grown daughter recently...this summer?

, You cannot post anything to the photos anymore since there

is a problem with it. But you can post a photo into the files

section. Go down and hit add file. It then lets you browse your

computer. That is how Larry posted the pictures of Janet's and

Yes I what to see it. If you go to Yahoo page and look in list you can set

up your own photo place where anyone can look at photos.. I have heard

photobucket is same thing.. I would assume that link would be

www.photobucket.com <http://www.photobucket.com/> but not sure. Cheers
