Andy has said that alot of exercise can redistribute mercury

although i believe he says moderate exercise is ok. I would think if

it makes you feel better than continue doing it. You'll know if

you're redistributing mercury because of the symptoms. imh.

I agree with Val, and can attest to some of this. When I way over-did-it this

spring shoveling snow, I felt fine while I was doing it, but felt " horrible " for

weeks afterwards, so I know it redistributed metals. So you will know if you

are doing the right amount or not, based on how you feel. But I agree that

moderation is the key, and is best not to push it too much during chelation, and

Andy does mention this in AI.

Also, there seems to be some relation to this as far as what your sodium and

potassium levels are compared to your calcium and magnesium levels on your hair

test. Cutler talks about this on page 114 of HTI, and says that, " Exercise is

helpful for people with elevation of calcium and magnesium relative to sodium

and potassium " and " not too good idea except in small and carefully measured

amounts for people with the opposite pattern of low calcium and magnesium

compared versus high sodium and potassium " . So this has to do with adrenal

function and the difference in these two patterns, and this holds true for me.

I have the low cal and mag and higher pot and sodium, and too much exercise is

not good for me, unfortunately.

So the amount of exercise that is good for you and is tolerable will vary by

person, and there is no one-size-fits-all answer to this.--------Jackie
