......FYI I do three days on ALA and DMSA and then do a day or two on

just DMSA. It has really helped my redistribution. It might work

for you.....

.....waking every two hours is tough on sleep and REM. Try three

hours at night, I don't notice my symptoms as much while I am

sleeping....

I am someone who has to dose DMSA every 3 hours so I think I will need

to do ALA every 2 or 2 and a half hours.
