TK--- several - kirkman's is one - links section

Also, I read in one of the posts that capsules are

TK--- not necessarily or as accurately

Are tablets okay?

Dear Olive - I buy the 50mg tabs and cut them up with a craft knife -

seems to work OK, Regards
