Thanks for taking the time to respond. I have only done one and last

challenge test. I thought the RBC test was to determine what my

mineral level is right now and what my body needs more of.? Do I

need to take the supplements for awhile before I start DMSA? I have

done a hair test - did not meet any counting rules but minerals were

deranged. I thought some labs were benefical such as the ones for

your liver and kidneys to make sure they are functioning properly

before and during chelation? I am chelating my 6 year old with AC

Protocol and we have just fininshed our 8th round at 10mg. She seems

to tolerate it ok- just have yeast issues.

Do you know if anyone after chelating for awhile has had the numbness

and tingling go away?

Thanks So much again Sheila

>Thanks for taking the time to respond.

I figure it helps my karma. :)

I see. I thought you might be doing a toxicological test. You can get some

info from that, but probably nothing that you couldn't get from the hair test

(except in some circumstances).

>Do I need to take the supplements for a while before I start DMSA?

Not necessary. You will feel more comfortable with them in place, particularly

the vit C, E, Zinc and magnesium.

>I have done a hair test - did not meet any counting rules but minerals were

Ok, as I already mentioned, these two are the same things, so you have some

error in your intepretation. Why don't you post it on Dean's site?

No, there is nothing you really need to do there.

Great! You may want to consider the sulfur exclusion diet for her. If she

turns out to be a person who retains sulfur, which would mean that you have to

restrict sulfur intake, then you would have a good way to control yeast (which

need sulfur to grow).

>Do you know if anyone after chelating for awhile has had the numbness

and tingling go away?

Yes. There are also cases where it didn't - your best shot is _proper_

chelatoin, though.

>Thanks So much again Sheila

Ya, good luck. I'm glad your daughter is doing ok. What did hear hair test

look like?

I posted it awhile back. See message #21184. I emailed a document to

the group but I do not have it save in a Pdf file. Just wordpad.

Thanks Sheila
