Just starting chelation and have a couple of questions

Over the last year I have had all my many, many amalgams removed so

now have just started chelation with DMSA. I started on 25mg

before realizing I probably should start at 12.5 but I feel better

when chelating so I will stick with this dose. In a few months I will

start on the ALA. I have been looking through websites to find low

doses of it and the lowest I can find is 50mg. Is there a brand that

sells 25mg? Also, I read in one of the posts that capsules are

preferred to tablets but if I have to buy a higher dose ALA then

tablets would certainly be easier to split. Are tablets okay? I know

much of this information must have been posted already but I have so

much material to read at this point that I'm hoping to get a quick

answer. Thanks in advance.
