Thanks for your input!!!

One thing I forgot to mention is my frequent urination which disturbs

my sleep a lot. I drink few sips of water and go to bathroom

immediately. I go to bathroom 12-14 times at least.I think I have

overactive bladder. I am 41 yr old. DO you know or suggest something

please!!! I am so new to these remedies so feel kind of lost.

Last but not least do you take milk thistle after finishing food or

after you take few bites of it.

Thanks a lot!!!

sunny my understanding is the frequent night urination is due to the

stresses on your kidneys in removing toxins..

something gave me was Chanca Piedra I belive it is, a

herbal concoction to support the kidneys. I have had frequest

urination problems for the past 4 years while detoxing with different

remedies.its somewhat better but still a pain

it was probably worse when i was on bad protocols (ie cilantro,

sulphur foods, etc) which mobilized mercury

Also with shoemakers cholestryamine I would get an extreme urge to

urinate and feel like i was going to explode...i would literally have

to pull off to the side of the road if driving..this happened before

having my amalgams removed so i was more toxic the first time i took

this cholestyramine

I have been meaning to research and ask this forum what else is

suggested for kidney support????

I don't know what to do about frequent urination.

What I remember is taking supplements with meals. I take them before

or after, whatever is convenient.

Sorry, I'm not much help.

================, I am actually busy at the moment (while still

chelating), doing a Kidney Cleanse which I do twice a year.

If you're interested to take a look, it is here:

Hope you find something to suit you.

I really like the herb called nettle. I make a tea with the

leaves and will drink a cup or two a day, particularly

during , just after chelation. It even tastes reasonably

good.!!! BOy am I tired of eating things not tastey!!

My kidneys were very bad for many years. Pain, infection

from the bacteria ecoli. This ecoli can be taken care of

with the supplement dmannose. After starting chelation in Jan

08 I saw a gradual improvement with my kidneys,

Also there have been studies done on people who get

recuring cystitis { bladder infections} that forskholin will

help the ecoli bacteria stop adhering to the blader wall,

just like the dmannose does.

I have also tried the chinese herb chrysanthemum tea, but I

prefer the nettles...
