Are you talking urine pH or saliva pH? If your urine pH is going down, maybe it means you are starting to dump acidic wastes into your urine? Don't know for sure, but it's a nice thought I get acidic on rounds, and also when I take certain anti-pathogen treatments. My body odor gets really weird (sulfury-sweet), I feel a little wheezy, and I get aches, especially in arms/hands. thinks all of this is due to excess acidity. She suggested alka-seltzer gold for this and it really helps a lot. I drink it several times per day when the symptoms are bad. My urine pH is almost always around 7.0, so I don't even bother measuring it anymore, it doesn't seem to tell me anything. All I can say is my symptoms get better with the ASG, so I keep chugging the stuff. The other thing that tells me I am acidic is when I take an epsom salt bath sometimes the water starts to smell nasty, so I guess I'm getting bad stuff out that way, too. > I guess this is another reason for having " off round days " and > eatings lots of veggies during an " on rounds session " to reduce > acidity Best to eat lots of veggies both on and off round! I wish I could eat fruit, since it is very alkalizing, but I still can't seem to tolerate it (feeds the bad beasts). Lemon juice works, though. -- > any thoughts anyone on this theory > > > Thanks >
