Re-introducing sulphur foods? How do I do that?

I have been off sulphur foods for 7-8 months now. I am feeling better

and feel the need to try them. Do I…..

1) Eat lots of different types of sulphur foods at one meal and

see how I feel?

2) Eat lots of one type of sulphur food and see how I feel? Then

repeat with different sulphur foods on another day when I know how I

react to the one I tried?

Am I likely to react more to one thing than another? For example, react

more to eggs, than onions?
