Hi Kai -

I am, still, but I can get away with eating a little now. One egg a day

is fine. Two a day, and I'm ... not quite suicidal, the way it used to

make me, but not real good either.

I didn't do anything else, just the exclusion diet. I was also high

sulfate, so I had to avoid phenolics and salicilates (grapes,

strawberries).

Also happened to be wildly gluten intolerant, but I can do a little

gluten now. Some bread once every few days is fine. The corn allergy

went away pretty quick. Honey, on the other hand, I just crazy reactive

to and I'm not sure I believe that that one will ever go away.

Funny how all my favorite foods were the ones that were really bad for

me. I used to eat bread all day and love butter & honey or honey &

walnut sandwiches. Oh, well.

Dave.

KAI: Dave, are you not sulfur intolerant anymore? And if so, what did

you do other than the exclusion diet?

Many thanks.
