I think you're about 50 mins from Cranleigh...and if DD goes to a school in Witley next Sept you are on the way...(are *you* one of the ones who spin it all out?!). Also for emotional reasons, you are in good location, near to many happy public bf sessions in and around Liss, sfied, Hawkley, Selbourne, etc etc etc!! Are you fully subscribed or do you have space for a new trainee?
