Guest guest
What is the Lap? Is there a place that I can better understand this. I just got 's end of the year report and I really think this friggen teacher over scored him. I really do, I think she gave him credit where no credit is due. She scored him only with a 7 month delay, this just isn't possible. I feel to score this well he must have been coached. The rest of the scores are all within the limits I thought they would be. 30-36 months, at 55 months old. The only other problem I see with this end of year report comes from the OTA. She writes that 's muscle tone is within normal limits. I don't think it is. Neither did the women that runs the program he's going to next year. His speech testing was within limits I thought. Auditory rank was 7, expressive was 3 and total language is a 4. Making him the age equivalent of 3 years. He was 55 months old, at time of testing. I love how his therapist broke down his goals, told you which ones he met and where he still needs help. His stregths and weakness. She admits that during the Goldman-Fristoe test of Articulation that needed several direct models and this made his score higher. He scored at a 3.5 year age level. Guest guest
I'm not sure what the LAP is, , but I'm 'pretty' sure that if you do not agree with the evaluation that you can request your own independent one. Someone may want to chime in on this. Penny Cognitive Ability What is the Lap? Is there a place that I can better understand this. Guest guest
, At 's school they just finished the ELAP on him which is Early Learning Accomplishment Profile. However I have not seen the test nor the results yet, I think I will next week. My understand is they did the test to access which skills/programs to put in his IEP or EIP. This stuff makes my head swim LOL Warm Regards & ASD 11/25/00 in Maine Cognitive Ability What is the Lap? Is there a place that I can better understand this.
