I had my follow-up appointment with my pulmo doctoryesterday and my PFTs significantly improved! Myoriginal DLCO test in June measured 34%, yesterday it was 51%. The doctor said we can makean "assumption" that the medication treatment is helping.I will continue on my current medication, NAC, Azathioprine and Prednisone, tapered down to 15mg instead of40mg.
