Guest guest
Regarding the ongoing topic of low-sulfur diets, according to the AI book, page 111, low taurine might be a factor in sulfur intolerance. I'm not sure why Andy doesn't proactively recommend supplementing taurine (which seems very supportive and safe -- am I wrong?) before restricting sulfur foods, many of which are so nutritious. (E.g., I rely on garlic to treat chronic dysbiosis, and I use dietary eggs instead of choline supplements since the dosage is easier).
