Guest guest
Hello , I just have a question bothering me. I am giving my son (4 years old) 4 Pro Efa's Jr + 1 Pro Epa + 2 Vit E 200iu High Gamma (Vitamin World) + Probiotics per day, ususally when he comes home from school, all at one time and I give it to him with yougurt or chocolate pudding (he swallows them with the yougurt/pudding). I am also giving him a multi vitamin at night before he goes to bed. I just wanted to know if I am giving him the right doses, if it is ok to give them all at the same time or if I should spread them 2 X/day and if you think I am being too conservative with the Pro Efa/Pro EPA and Vitam E. I really appreciate all your help.
