Hi Josie, Causes of nausea that I have listed which might be relevant include: *dehydration (fix by taking 1/2 tsp of seasalt in a glass of water); *lack of magnesium, sodium, chloride, vit B1, Biotin, Vit K; *excess ammonia (L-glutamine can be the culprit here if the body doesn't have enough manganese and vit K and other things) *arsenic posioning (kelp is sometimes high in arsenic) *Excess of Choline, Para Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA),Vitamin A,Vitamin D. (none of these look suspicious) *Milk Thistle I'm guessing if it's happenning every time you take your supplements it will be one of the 3x a day ones. It will probably be one that you were taking between Aug 19 and 24, because from what you've said it sounds like the nausea started between those dates - my money would be on Milk Thistle - I love Milk Thistle, but I know some people have trouble with it and another liver/kidney herb may be better for you - maybe Rehmannia (that one makes my stomach turn, but it suits my daughter). One thing that might help you work it out is if you smell each supplement individually and see if any of them make your stomach turn just from there smell. Guest guest
Thank you , I swapped all my supplements with spirulina in for other brands and it worked - the nausea stopped the day after and has gone for 2 days now. Something so simple and I wouldn't have thought of it. I did also stop the milk thistle from now for 2 weeks but I have had it many times in the past so don't think it's that and I don't always remember to take it.
