No eggs. 3 bananas 1/2 cup honey 6 tablespoons olive oil (or other you can have) vanilla 1 1/2 cups flour (whole wheat or white- I do 1/2 cup white, 1 cup ww) 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans or something you can have. Raisons good. mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Bake either in loaf ban 50 minutes or as muffins 15-20 min. 350 degrees.
