Did you read about it somewhere? I'd be very interested to learn some

more about this if its written down somewhere.

----------I believe this is something Dave has come up with on his own. It is

not part of Andy's protocol, but does sound interesting. If other people want

to try this, that is up to them, but the one thing I would suggest is to make

sure that you replace electrolytes, if drinking that much water in that short of

a time. If you did that, then I don't see any harm in trying it. But

knows more about electrolytes than me, so we should ask her.---------Jackie

I did do a very hot epsom salt detox bath after a round and i felt

that it stopped any after round issues. i only did it once, so early

days yet, but i will do it again.
