Guest guest
At the beginning of this week, I started another round. I got some extra intestinal gas... like alot, and my back went out. This is a new symtom for me,, so I knew something needed to be addressed to get back into balance. . This back pain has happened a few times in the past 30 years but again not for a very long time. I was unable to bend down or sit up .. The only thing I could think of that could be causing the excess gas was candida or sometihng else related to bacteria in the gut. I know from my previous problems with my kidneys and bladder that I tend to have an overgrowth of the bacteria ecoli,, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escherichia_coli I do not know the whys of it affecting me. ie is it just causing a bladder infection or does it affect me in my intestine ? I have not had candida in a long time so I thought I would go with treating the ecoli, first , From before I had taken a supplement called D-mannose which is a concentrate of cranberries. This pain was up higher and deeper in my back than the one I had this time around , and I did not have problems with moving. Taking dmannose cured the bladder infections, and stopped alot of the kidney pain. Since starting frequent dose this kidney pain has gone away , so I had stopped taking dmannose for the most part. I restarted the dmannose and shortly after my back felt alot better. Today my intestinval gas is also better.. Now dmannose is one of the 8 essential glyconutrients which is necessary for some of the digestive enzymes and antibodies. dmannose.. glyconutrient http://www.articlesbase.com/alternative- medicine-articles/are-glyconutrients-beneficial-to-your-health- 572776.html ANyways , I dont know what exactly happened , I did notice an improvement with my back , and digestion. nanci
