Just make sure Biotin is in your multi-vitamin. >Mega EPA 1000, I'm sure you'll need a lot more essential fatty acids than this. Get a good cod liver oil or fish oil. (Eskimo Oil, from Sweden, eskimo3.hu, is good.) >Nutrisorb selinium (2 drops twice a day for 2 weeks then 1 drop twice a day), Make sure that it's selenomethionine or selenium yeast. Don't take any other form of selenium. >Copper Glucamate, Get rid of this. >Nutrisorb Chromium, Fine, but you only really need it if you have blood sugar regulatoin issues. >Vitamin C 1000mg (2g x 3 times daily), Fine. If you can take more without loose stools, go ahead. >Adult multi Vits and Minerals, Make sure there is no copper or iron in here, selenium is the right form (above) and vitamin A is not in the form of carotenes. >milkthistle, OK. >Shot-o-B12 S/L, You should have B12 in your multi. You can take extra if you need methylation enhancement, which you will be able to tell from your hair test. >and Iodoral (iodine - one per day) Again, should be in your multi. >She has advised my tests are showing that I am low in Omega3's, And 1g/d isn't going to help you there. >high in palmitoleic acid, high in 3-hydroxyisovaleric acid, very low in red cell glutathione peroxidase, We all are. For that take your vitamin C, extra vitamin E (2000IU/d) and some CoQ10. >very low in copper and chromium, What test is this? >slightly high in (urine)B Vitamins, This tells you nothing. Just keep taking your Bs. >high in ethanol, very high in mercury (inorganic), mercury (organic) levels were ok. This tells you nothing. She is making money off of you by testing, Dudley. >She has also suggested that I take reduced glutathione 240mg 3 x daily. This is truly stupid advice, as it doesn't get through the gut intact, and furthermore it will increase your sulfur levels, which could stir up the mercury. >Could anybody help me with regards to whether the above supplements have anything that could cause me more problems and if the above regime would be ok with the Cutler protocol or should I take the basic supplements that are in the Cutler book. Take the basic supplements that I already suggested to you. >I have just applied for a hair test - would this give more info with regard to supplements needed. Also I have to remove a front bridge before chelation can start. Yes. Dave.
