I'm not sure how fast the DMSA is absorbed by the gut, but I would say that

it is possible that the Activated Charcoal would have absorbed the DMSA.

I've never seen this discussed on this list, but it is likely that Activated

Charcoal would affect the round and should not be given on-round.

Just my opinion, not sure if it is factual.
