Guest guest
Hi , What I've heard people use to do is to drop ALA the last few doses when chelating with ALA + DMSA. This seems to me very different to start DMSA at the end of your round, which I doubt is a good idea, but may be after all: http://onibasu.com/archives/am/65608.html http://onibasu.com/archives/am/65590.html What helps me a lot with redistribution is to do longer rounds. Good luck! > > We'll I've been successfully chelating with ALA...on my 4th round now > (25mg) with really good results so far...and I had an idea and > wondered if it made sense to anybody else. > > Well my idea was...that instead of using ALA for the last few doses > during the chelation round use a similar dose of a chelator such as > DMSA or DMPS...thinking maybe it would help keep any of the mercury > that was pulled up from the ALA from distributing back into the brain. > > Does that sound reasonable or am I not understanding this correctly? > > - >
Guest guest
Thanks for the links , its much appreciated! I should probably have searched onibasu a little better. It seems like Andy thinks its an OK idea... I personally don't have much of a problem with redistribution...I can definitely feel the mercury moving while chelating and get a few symptoms afterwards...but its not bad. I did try moving up to a higher dose of ALA on my 3rd round...but I also started taking an organic adrenal glandular which I shouldn't have done because I think the bad symptoms I got were from the adrenal and not just the higher dose. I just didn't like the idea that at the end of a round, the ALA could possibly let some of the distributed mercury back into the brain...and I figured maybe finishing off with a chelator that didn't cross the Blood Brain Barrier would prevent that from happening. - > > Hi , > > What I've heard people use to do is to drop ALA the last few doses > when chelating with ALA + DMSA.
