I know my symptoms of redistribution don't start for about 24 hours,

and can last a good day. I have also had rounds where my " bad day "

is day 3 or 48 hours after. This has been very consistent for me and

I have done 30 rounds. the symptoms usually only last 24-36 hours.

I used to read other peoples comments and think my body isn't doing

that but now after so many rounds, I figure it is just how my body

handles it. For me I get burning, numbness as a redistribution

symptom and massive brain fog and a roller coaster stomach.

my symptoms come on after after 24 hours and last about a day. If the

symptoms are too much, something needs changing: reduce dose, increase

the frequency or take more time off.
