19 year old with mass in colon?

Hi

My sister fell ill and the doctors found a mass in her colon. She is

only 19 years old and has been healthy all of her life. They removed

the mass today along with her appendix and parts of her colon and

intestines.

My question is how did this happen to her? What was the cause? The

mass is still in the process of being tested. Please help me out as I

am very worried.

their tests and decide what she has there is no right answer. There are

so many reasons why things happen, yet there are no sure answers. I
