Guest guest Posted June 28, 2008 Report Share Posted June 28, 2008 i've sent for my hair test and have ordered the supplements from the basic supplement list,which i will start taking as soon as they arrive. i cant start chelating yet as i need to remove a front bridge just to be safe. what else should i be doing in order to move things on? is it ok to start taking the supplements before i have any test results back? dudley.
