Guest guest
Hi Mama Sher,I will put your date in my calendar. Will your husband drop you off at the front then park or do you have a handicap sticker and expect to walk with him? It can make a big difference. I park in the Triangle parking lot (you'll see the signs) and it is a bit of a walk but has an escalator (or elevator) and is completely covered (in case of Seattle rain). Since I do not take O2 at this point I cannot say how much you'll need. I did hear today that they will provide O2 for you at the clinic when you get there. You might want to call and talk to them ahead of time for suggestions on the parking, O2 etc. Dr. Raghu's nurses are AWESOME. Looking forward to meeting you. My home number is if you want to call me anytime.Peggy E.Subject: To Peggy ETo: Breathe-Support Date: Tuesday, June 30, 2009, 10:37 AM Peggy... I'm sure you have already read that my appt in Seattle is in Oct. Later on we'll touch base and meet while we are there.. I have a question.... Is there a lot of walking? I'm wondering how many cylinders I should bring. I have a little pack that holds two and I'm hoping that will be enough. I'm on 2L, and I turn it off when I'm sitting still. Thanks. Guest guest
My appt is 12:30 on the 9th. Rich will be with me. You didn't answer if there is a lot of walking around the MC... or is it just to Raghu's office and that's about it? We will stay one night...don't know yet if it will be the 8th or the 9th. Probably the 9th. Use the appt as an excuse to get out for awhile. I'm looking forward to meeting you. Anyone else close by the MC in Seattle??? MamaSher; 70, IPF 3-06, OR. Guest guest
I see our posts are going to pass each other re: using O2. Yes, we have a sticker but I will use the O2 walking of course. Hmmmm, I wonder 'how' they provide o2? A cylinder of the tank on wheels? Oh well, doesn't matter...good of them to do that. Thanks for the home #. I'll write it down right now. My cell # I'll send to your private inbox. Thanks! MamaSher; 70, IPF 3-06, OR. NasturtiumsDon't fret about tomorrow, God is already there!
