Generally, more Bs can't hurt, since you just piss them out. (Not true of B6,

but at these doses it's fine.)

Perfusion enhancer (helps get blood into the brain to transfer oxygen and

nutrients). Ginko is another, along with vinpocetine, piracitam, pyritinol

etc. Lots at NuBrain.com. You can try them. I know Andy took Hydergine.

I've tried, but it didn't have any discernible effect.

No. The critical ones are vit C, vit E, zinc and magnesium, milk thistle. I'd

add a multi. If you're on a really tight budget, make sure you get at least

those - and it makes a big difference if you spread them out through the day.
