Guest guest
It is very possible that we need more ace than you do. Cortisol here was 9, 2, 2, and 2. The burden was 15. So your in a different stage of fatigue. Our test was stage 7. We probably would not have seen any results at 25mg, but others will do fine. Your test is typical for mercury yes. We all have various stages of adrenal fatigue. http://www.chronicfatigue.org/ASI%204.html This site has the stages if your curious... And of course, we each must do what will work best for us. So by all means it's fine to go the route you are. Often times people do not realize that these two products do not contain the same amount. So when they begin on Thorne and do not see results they abandon all attempts at using cortex. So one reason I point out the difference. Your right to treat the adrenals first and see if the thyroid picks up. If it does not, then of course that would be next. Hopefully, things get going for you. I know how rough it is not feeling to great! > > > I expect I do need more but I'm one of those people who has to ramp up VERY slowly or else I just get sick and quit. So I'm starting with Thorne and will progress to Nutricology when my dose gets high enough. > >
