LOL I'm am doing rounds of 5 days on and 5 days off. Aren't the 5 days off considered a break? I haven't done a longer break though and perhaps that's what you're saying, that I need a time off, like say weeks every once and a while. To be honest, I don't think I'm as toxic, as I don't seem to react quite the same to the doses that give folks problems. So I'm not sure I really need a break other than the time off round. Sorry for the confustion. I'll try to make it more clear in my posts as I definitly don't want folks being on round for weeks on without any time off round.
