Oh Gosh Trisha :) My heart sinks when I hear people " doing " the

Jewish religion because the way it is taught, whether by non Jews or

even ignorant and non practising Jews, is often very full of holes,

myths and mythtakes! :) Please feel free to " check " anything either

you or your boys get taught on the subject, with me .

I was going to ask if it was OK to give your web site details to the

head teacher.

The new scheme seems to be really good and a lot of resources were

bought last year especially for this topic.

We would love to have somebody come into school and talk to the

children but we are a good drive away from the nearest Jewish

community and have no contacts.

They did Hinduism last term and that was well received, we had two

people from the local RAF base who just happened to be living there

at the right time! and were poached to come into school and talk to

the children.

Definitely OK. In fact I would encourage the head teacher to email

me if he/she has any questions or problems. Maybe I could give a

" talk " by proxy that way :)
