Here are instructions of how to mix it: http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/licorice.html Only use for 6 weeks at a time and then take a 2 week break. You can use hydrocortisone cream 1% during this break. Use 1 tablespoon and rotate the site of application daily. There are other supplements that are helpful with adrenal recovery also: http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/adrenal_restoration_plan.html Most notably Adrenal Cortex.
