As for yeast well thats out of control with me! im taking caprylic acid, GSE and yeast defense, and also pro-biotics daily. Ive stopped taking Vit B at the moment due to the side effects mentioned. As for vit C, E etc i take them morning and nightly. I only get really orange urine when taking Vit B, if anything during the day its more see through because i drink alot of water! I dont actually take Vit D at the minute as ive been adding the vitamins one by one to see if they cause side effects. I will add Vit D next!
