Which form of Vit. B5 is best?

Hi All,

Part of DiagnosTech's recommendations for adrenal problems is Vit B5 - 500mg

twice a day for 3 months.

It is a co-factor in cortisol production.

My question is which form of B5 is best?

They say Pantothenic acid.

There is also Calcium D-Pantothenate.

Are there other forms? And which is best?
