I know the copper can be a problem for many, but in this small dose I suspect it will be safe enough for those of us that don't have high copper? Would this dose of manganese also be okay? Could one exceed the suggested two tablets that provide the dose below? It would help save a lot of money if we could use this supplement, and build around it with more specifics.
