Sure. >Do you think I should ignore the drs supps list and go straight to the basic Cutler supps. I would say so. >Also you mentioned a multi-vit - there isn,t one on the list - should I add one to Cutlers supps - if yes - can you recommend one That's a hard one. LEF.Org has one, but that has some cysteine in it, so it's only ok if you have done a sulfur exclusion diet and know that you are low/normal sulfur. Thorne has one, but it has the wrong kind of selenium and lots of carotenes (vs. vitamin A) along with generally low levels of nutrients and one other problem that I've forgotten. I use one called " Balanced Multi " form BloodPH.Com, but that's got some copper in it. Everything else is pretty good though, so if your copper is low to normal it might be ok. (Also has magnesium stearate in it, unfortunately; it's a filler/flowing agent, though I'm not sure quite objectionable it is.) I know that Dean has some pharmacy compounding up what looks like a very good multi. Maybe it would be worth it to ship form SA? (Dean's email is on his hair test site: http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/hairtest.html) If anyone has any other thoughts, I'd like to hear them, since I'd like a better multi myself. >Thanks dudley Dave.
