Guest guest
The link is your liver metabolism...the result of mercury. Mercury exposures screws up the liver phases. You metabolize dmsa/ala faster, this would also apply to anything else you take...aka hydrocortisone. Which would make you use it up faster than say someone without a toxic liver. ....this is very common. I take my HC four times a day. Three times is usually not enough for anyone. Dr's telling us to dose things once a day is not how the body works. For example your adrenals make cortisone in varying levels all the time, not once or twice a day. Same for thyroid hormones. Docs say to take that once a day too, but most of us have learned that 3-4 times a day in smaller amounts mimics what the body really does. As I have gotten along in time and chelation, I used to need dmsa/ala every 2-3 hours. Now I can go 4 hours. So with time and metal removal you may see your liver metabolism improve. Liver support helps this. Taking milk thistle daily, four times a day. -- In frequent-dose-chelation , " jodi2ben " wrote: > > I have a question about the liver metabolism of hydrocortisone, > prednisolone, ALA and DMSA. > > I am wondering if there is a connection between my need to use DMSA > and ALA at a more frequent dosing schedule, the fact that > hydrocortisone is useless for me even taken in small frequent doses > and even prednisolone I have to take three times a day, rather than > most people's once or twice a day. > > I have fast phase one and slow phase 2 (glutathione, sulfation and > glucuronidation).
